Questions about Confexo
What is Confexo?
Confexo is an event management platform. Organizers use Confexo to build a branded event website, sell tickets or collect free RSVPs, send attendees Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and check people in at the door with QR codes, all from one dashboard.
Who is Confexo for?
Confexo is built for conference, meetup, corporate event, gala, nonprofit and competition organizers. Tech conferences, internal company events, community meetups, invite-only events, fundraisers and application-based competitions all run on the same Confexo platform.
How do I create an event website with Confexo?
Pick one of Confexo's 8 conference themes, 8 single-page event templates or 11 invitation designs, then customize your logo, colors and fonts, with AI suggestions if you want them. Preview your site, then publish it on a confexo.com subdomain or your own domain.
Can I sell tickets with Confexo?
Yes. Confexo supports paid tickets, free RSVPs, add-ons, group orders, invoices and invite-only guest lists. You can set capacity limits and create discount codes for each event.
Can I run a free event or meetup on Confexo?
Yes. Free RSVP events work with capacity limits and automatic confirmation emails, which makes Confexo a good fit for community meetups.
Which payment providers does Confexo support?
Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, paid straight to your own Stripe account), Zeffy for nonprofits, Eventbrite or any external ticketing link, invoices, and offline payments such as Zelle or Venmo that you confirm yourself. Card details are handled by Stripe; Confexo does not store full credit card numbers.
Does Confexo support discount codes?
Yes. Confexo includes discount codes and capacity management with ticketing, so you can run early-bird offers, partner codes and limited-seat sessions.
What are Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes in Confexo?
Confexo generates an Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass for every ticket, branded to your event. Passes update automatically when event details change, and attendees show the QR code at check-in.
How does QR code check-in work?
You create scanner links and share them with staff or volunteers. They open the link on any phone, with no app or account needed, and scan each ticket or wallet pass. Confexo supports multiple checkpoints, walk-ins, on-site badge printing and real-time attendance tracking.
Can I collect speaker proposals, applications or volunteer sign-ups?
Yes. Confexo forms are customizable for applications, proposals and volunteer sign-ups, with a built-in review dashboard for submissions and form security to reduce spam.
Can I manage my schedule, speakers and sponsors in Confexo?
Yes. Confexo includes a multi-day agenda builder, speaker profiles with a shareable marketing kit, sponsor tiers with logo walls and spotlights, and a directory of people and companies. Speakers and sponsors can update their own profiles through contributor links.
Can Confexo send emails to my attendees?
Yes. Confexo sends branded ticket and confirmation emails, manages mailing lists, and sends push notifications to attendees using the Confexo app.
Is there an app for attendees?
Yes. Attendees join your event in the Confexo app with an access code and get a live agenda, their ticket, push updates, voting and Connect Cards for swapping contact details by scanning badges. It is on the App Store for iPhone and coming soon to Google Play. The app is optional: tickets, wallet passes and your event website all work in a browser.
Can my team help without sharing my login?
Yes. Team links give helpers passcode access to specific tasks, such as speakers, sponsors, invoices or form submissions, without a Confexo account.
How does Confexo handle attendee data and deletion requests?
Confexo does not sell personal information. Details are in the Confexo privacy policy, and anyone can follow the "Delete Your Data" page to request deletion.
