What is Confexo?
Confexo is an event management platform. Organizers use Confexo to build a branded event website, sell tickets or collect free RSVPs, send attendees Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and check people in at the door with QR codes, all from one dashboard.
Can I sell tickets with Confexo?
Yes. Confexo supports paid tickets, free RSVPs, add-ons, group orders, invoices and invite-only guest lists. You can set capacity limits and create discount codes for each event.
Which payment providers does Confexo support?
Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, paid straight to your own Stripe account), Zeffy for nonprofits, Eventbrite or any external ticketing link, invoices, and offline payments such as Zelle or Venmo that you confirm yourself. Card details are handled by Stripe; Confexo does not store full credit card numbers.
What are Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes in Confexo?
Confexo generates an Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass for every ticket, branded to your event. Passes update automatically when event details change, and attendees show the QR code at check-in.
How does QR code check-in work?
You create scanner links and share them with staff or volunteers. They open the link on any phone, with no app or account needed, and scan each ticket or wallet pass. Confexo supports multiple checkpoints, walk-ins, on-site badge printing and real-time attendance tracking.
Is there an app for attendees?
Yes. Attendees join your event in the Confexo app with an access code and get a live agenda, their ticket, push updates, voting and Connect Cards for swapping contact details by scanning badges. It is available on the App Store for iPhone and Google Play for Android. The app is optional: tickets, wallet passes and your event website all work in a browser.
